Increasingly, sports are migrating outside designated sports grounds and facilities.
City dwellers want to be able to work out anywhere, at any time. They are using the urban landscape to exercise and the streetscape is gradually becoming an open free playing field. People are even hacking urban furniture for exercise, for example in Parkour. Everywhere, sports are winning back city streets.
