The landscape of the region is characterised by groups of woodland and heathland established on relatively acidic poor soils.
This chemistry generates specific ecological habitats. The Laroiseau concerted development area (ZAC) has been located on ancient agricultural land in the wooded hinterland of the Vannetais.
We put in place an alternative management for rainwater management and the contemplation garden benefits from ornamental lighting which consumes little energy. In terms of planting strategies we have chosen native species already adapted to local conditions. We exclusively worked with local materials; materials recuperated from the site itself or cast offs from local production sites.
